10 DAY DETOX

Looking for a short detox program where you actually eat? This program consists of 3 meals and 3 snacks per day. The first 5 days are vegan to helps us cleanse and on the remaining 5 days we will add some clean animal protein like eggs and fish.

Includes initial session, shopping list, 10-day meal plan, day-by-day recipes and follow up session.
21 DAY RESET

By crowding-out from you diet certain food groups, like processed for example, for a short period of time and adding healthy and better quality foods instead, you can achieve a total reset that will bring you back to your “factory settings”.
